IIC: Invisible in the Ear

A Custom-fitted hearing aid that fits deep into the ear canal. As the name suggest, virtually invisible to the eye.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CIC: Completely in the Canal

A slightly larger custom-fitted hearing aid, but still less visible than other custom styles with only the removal line visible in the canal.

ITC: In-the-Canal

Second largest custom style. Can include controls for volume and memory that won't fit on smaller custom hearing aids

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ITE: In-the-Ear

Custom hearing aid that fits within the outer portion of the ear. Largest of the custom styles. Larger battery provides longer battery life - rechargeable is available in select styles

RIC: Receiver-in-the-canal

Smaller and more discreet than the BTE (Behind-the-ear) hearing aid. It can fit “open,” which allows for a more natural sound quality of the wearer’s voice.

Can be more discreet than the custom styles.

Allows for more features and longer battery life.
